Thank you for shopping with Semeru Living. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle shipping, taxes, and delivery.

Based in Indonesia, we ship both locally and internationally to bring our products directly to your doorstep.

1. Pricing, Taxes, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Shipping

To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, all of our product prices include local taxes and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for standard delivery zones.

What does DDP mean for you? It means that for standard destinations, the price you see on the product page is the final price you pay. All import duties, customs clearance fees, and standard shipping costs are already covered by us. You will not face any unexpected "cash on delivery" fees or customs hold-ups.

2. Out-of-Reach & Remote Areas

While we strive to offer inclusive shipping worldwide, some geographic locations are outside our standard carrier network (out-of-reach or remote areas from our Indonesian base).

Automatic Calculation: If your shipping address is detected as an "out-of-reach" or remote destination, our system will automatically calculate and add a shipping surcharge at checkout.

This fee is strictly to cover the additional carrier costs required to deliver to your specific location. You will see this fee clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.

3. Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard Shipping Delivery Times:

  1. Domestic (Indonesia): 2 to 5 business days.
  2. International (Standard Zones): 7 to 14 business days.
  3. International (Out-of-Reach Zones): 10 to 21 business days depending on local postal services and customs.

Please note: Potential delays due to customs processing or carrier volume are out of our control, but we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our warehouse in Indonesia due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
