While our artisans and production base are located in Bali, all final quality checks and order dispatches are handled directly from our main warehouse in Jakarta, Indonesia.

We partner with Goorita Send for our first-mile logistics to ensure your fragile marble and wooden items are packed and dispatched with utmost care. For the final delivery to your doorstep, we utilize reliable local and international last-mile courier partners tailored to your specific destination.

All of our international shipments are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

All applicable import taxes, custom duties, and clearance fees are already included in your checkout price.

You won't face any surprise fees or additional customs paperwork upon delivery.

Marble and stone crafts require delicate handling. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as soon as you receive and open your package. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify our customer support team within maximum 30 days of delivery with your order ID and unboxing video (photos are included).

Cleaning: Clean regularly using a mild, pH-neutral soap or gentle stone cleaner with warm water and a soft microfiber cloth.

Avoid: Do not use abrasive sponges, acidic cleaners (such as lemon or vinegar-based sprays), or harsh bleach, as these can strip or etch the natural finish of the marble.

Stain Prevention: Wipe away excess liquids, dyes, or colorful liquids immediately to prevent natural stone absorption.
