Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please contact us at info@semeruliving.net. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse facility at: Jambore Raya Street, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta 13720, Indonesia.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@semeruliving.net immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a return label or compensate your return shipping fee.
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, didn't like it, or it wasn't what you expected, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, simply return your original item. Please contact us at info@semeruliving.net to let us know which item you would like in exchange so we can process it for you.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@semeruliving.net so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This is fully covered under our standard 30-day return policy.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
